North Waikato Transport Trust
Community Health Shuttle - This is a transport option for those needing to attend any health appointment. We will pick them up from their home. transport them to their Health appointment and get them home for a donation. We require at least 48 hours notice to book their seat. We only take people from Ohinewai, Huntly, Taupiri, Ngaruawahia, Te Kowhai and small surrounding towns to any health appointment in Hamilton. We also run a shuttle service to the local Huntly countdown for those who are disadvantaged with transport options and have no other way of getting to the supermarket.

Whariki Church Foodbank
Whariki foodbank is a faith based organization who's mission is to see no hungry families in Ngaruawahia. Partnering with different organizations we are able to do our part in serving our community by giving out food parcels and meat boxes to those families who are in need. We are available to call anytime during the week, and on Saturdays from 11am to 12pm we open the foodbank so whanau can come and take what they need.
