Child and youth support
Activate Church Tokoroa provides support to individuals and families who are in need. Our support involves providing a money management programme, safe social connecting groups for youth and children as well as support groups for men and women.
We are a Pasifika family-owned, family -operated small business, established in 2016. AvaNiu Pasifika can support Pasifika families with health, social and education services. Alternatively, we will facilitate pathways to access the most appropriate services, on your behalf. We also offer the same support for non-Pasifika families.
Bay of Plenty Youth Development Trust
The Tauranga Boxing Academy is a values-based fitness programme for youth. The IBA programme was developed to support young people in Tauranga, who are not currently in employment, education, or training, into work or study.
Citizens Advice Bureau Tauranga
We provide free, confidential, independent and impartial information and advice to anyone. We help people know what their rights are and how to access services.

HEART Collective is a network of qualified professional Therapists. At HEART we believe mental health support services should be available to anybody in need. PLEASE NOTE: Below hours are office hours only, not necessarily Counsellors hours

Katikati Community Centre

Kidz Need Dadz
Support and advocacy service for dads going through separation and divorce. Provide supervised access, new dad support, men's support groups, support through court process.
Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust
Kirikiriroa Family Services Trust provides support to families, whānau and their tamariki. We deliver the Family Start and Poipoia te Mokopuna programmes, Children's Team approach, and our newly developed residential facility Kāinga Rua.
Pacific Island Community (Tauranga) Trust
Health and wellbeing support, youth mental health, advocacy and whanau ora support for Pacific Island community.
Parentline provide social service support & counselling for children, and their families, affected by Family Violence and/or trauma. We are providing telephony supports to children and families during shut down. This may involve being wait listed
Raleigh Street Christian Centre
Raleigh St Christian Centre are people who have found their ultimate hope through Faith in Jesus Christ and strive to meet the needs of the wider community through food rescue, youth work in schools/university, pastoral care and bible teaching.
Real - Whetu Marewa
Whetū Marewa is a service that aims to build confidence, resilience and wellbeing in taiohi (young people), aged 12 to 24-years-old, who are living with mild to moderate mental health and addiction-related issues and social stressors.
South Waikato Pacific Islands Community Services Trust
