Catholic Family Support Services
CFSS provides general family support with a focus on parenting help. It also offers information/ advice on personal/ relationship issues and mental health. It is also a point of contact for emergency assistance e.g. food parcels.
Glenview Community Centre
The centre offers a range of FREE or low-cost services and programmes, FREE kai Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1pm-1.30pm, FREE social service hub with drop in services, FREE community dinner, Provide food and hygiene packs to whanau in self isolation Service is available for those residing in the South Hamilton area, Bader, Melville, Glenview, Deanwell, Peacocks Development
Maniapoto Whānau Ora Centre (TCKT)
Maniapoto Whanau Ora Centre provides health and care services for Whanau, Hapu, Iwi and Community.
Pacific Island Community (Tauranga) Trust
Health and wellbeing support, youth mental health, advocacy and whanau ora support for Pacific Island community.
Port Waikato Community Health & Support Service Trust (Te Whare Oranga O Te Puaha)
We provide health and wellbeing support services; Home isolation welfare support, Foodbank and Nurse and GP clinic as well as Supervised Rapid Antigen Testing, Mobile Nurse Service, In Home Care Support 9:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday
Rauawaawa - Self Isolation
Supporting families in self isolation SELF ISOLATION & COMMUNITY CASES. • Kai products, • wellbeing products, • laundry and bathroom products, • hygiene products, • limited frozen meals, fresh fruit and veges. • Where needed we can add babies products, feminine products, children activities packs as well as MSD isolation welfare packs.
Te Whakaruruhau - Waikato Women's Refuge
We believe that all women and children deserve to live a life free of domestic violence and abuse. Our crisis service operates 24/7 to provide safe housing, advice and community-based support for you, as and when you need it. Our top priority is ensuring you and your children are safe at a time when you feel most vulnerable. Under the Stars
A Registered Charity that serves meals to anyone who needs them (homeless, hungry, families) at a community hall. We also provide showers, toiletries, bedding, food parcels (when able), and order birth certificates. Note: NO delivery, open all year.
